Position Overview
The intern works together with the HR Team of Tiffany South Europe in the Milan headquarter. She/he supports the HR activities in the cluster:
- Monthly payroll process: data check and reports preparation
- Talent Acquisition process: support during the phases of recruitment (from the recruitment to the onboarding)
- Reports and Analysis for HR related topic
- Support the Employee engagement activities organization
- Act as a point of contact for Tiffany & Co. internal requests
Requirements:
- Educational path in Human Resources or related subjects
- Industry specific experience (Retail, Luxury or multi brand e.g. luxury department or Specialty Retail) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills
- Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in English and Italian (Spanish is preferred)
Internship details:
- Starting date: March 2024
- Duration: 6 months
- Full time internship: 40h per week, from Monday to Friday
- Monthly remuneration provided
