Job Details

Role mission: As Payroll and HR Services administrator you will be responsible in the assigned five countries of Centrale Europe for payroll preparation, benefits administration, as well as perform general administrative duties related to time and attendance, record keeping, employee recognition programs, and HR data maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the system
  • Maintain working hours and leave requests, and support managers with effective absenteeism management
  • Prepares payroll data together with HR Shared Services, and ensuring that transactions are delivered to external payroll vendor meeting the deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
  • Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and makes adjustments as necessary
  • Serves as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions
  • Prepares a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports for analysis
  • Participates in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits related policies and procedures


Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (business fluency in English and German languages is required)
  • Exceptional work ethic coupled with a sense of humour
  • Knowledge of luxury retail industry and passion for Fashion business is preferred
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) , as well as experience with HRIS systems for data management and time & attendance keeping
  • 2-3 years' experience within the Compensation and Benefits department as first contact for vendors and service stakeholders
  • 2-3 years' practical experience with payroll systems, practices and procedures
  • Strong HRMS technical skills as demonstrated by the ability to generate and analyze various reports using Excel and other reporting tools
  • Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature
