Supporting our Human Resources team in operational HR work
Preparation of certificates and general letters (parental leave confirmations, educational leave, etc.)
Active cooperation in the preparation of references and other administrative processes
Support in the maintenance of the time recording system
Supporting our team in several upcoming recruiting and hiring activities
Working closely with our Hiring Manager during the recruiting process, coordinating interviews and handling the communication with candidates
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree in Psychology or in HR Management preferred
Previous experience in recruiting will be considered a plus
Passion for recruitment would be desirable
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Fluent in English and German
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude and upbeat personality
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
