POSITION OVERVIEW

The CVM Specialist must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with both the central team and the local teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Creative Campaigns
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market leaders to leverage Global CVM campaign direction to support local Market initiatives and to drive traffic to stores.
  • Ensure the merchandise selected for each creative campaign fixture is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful presentation.
  • Manage the creative campaign ordering process, logistics and installation for all stores, along with any local production needs. Partner with Global CVM on all requests for damages, missing collateral and any changes to the creative orders.
  • Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on creative campaign installation and maintenance training plans. Track the effectiveness of creative campaigns and share with Global CVM.

Visual Merchandising
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market stakeholders to align on collection placement within all stores and implement floorplan moves by working with the Retail teams. In collaboration with Market stakeholders, review all floorplan moves and provide feedback and updates to Global CVM.
  • Ensure styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores, including partnering with Retail teams to identify any visual merchandising (VM) collateral needs.
  • Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on training plans for VM standards and budgets for new VM collateral. Track the effectiveness of company product initiatives that are highlighted within our caseline and creative fixtures and share with Global CVM.

. Retail Activation & In-Store Environments
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market leaders to leverage CVM retail activation and in-store environment programs to support local Market initiatives and to drive traffic to the store.
  • Communicate and partner with Global CVM and Market stakeholders on renderings, budget, production, vendor management and implementation. Review business impact and effectiveness of the initiative with Global CVM.

Events & Exhibitions
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market leaders to leverage Global CVM event direction to support local Market initiatives.
  • Communicate and partner with Global CVM and Market stakeholders on renderings, budget, production, vendor management and implementation. Review business impact and effectiveness of the initiative with Global CVM.

New Store Openings
  • Manage CVM components of new store openings and renovations within the Market. Partner with Global and Market stakeholders on the ordering, logistics and installing of all CVM collateral and creatives.
  • Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on pre and post-opening training plans. Review the business impact and effectiveness of the new store implementation and share ongoing updates as needed with Global CVM.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas - preferably luxury retail.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and an ability to lead the market stores.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to successfully navigate complex relationships.
  • Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers.
  • Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting
  • Computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Experience with managing the job responsibilities & performance of a staff.
  • Must be willing to relocate if necessary.
  • Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.
  • Theatre or color display lighting experience a plus.


The pay range for this positon is $68,000-$91,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon
the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
