Sales Assistant in Dublin - M/W

We are looking for a Sales Assistant, for our new ICICLE store which opened on 22nd January 2024 in Dublin, on Grafton Street  ! As we will open the first floor with a sales area, it would be for a fixed-term contract from May until August 2024 (4 months).

We are also looking for another position of Sales Assistant in permanent contract.

MAIN MISSIONS :

Customer relations:

Knowledge and presentation of the brand universe and its collections as ambassador. Reception and personalized customer care (individual/group appointments, opening of doors depending on activity). Helping to develop sales and achieve targets. Recruiting and building customer loyalty. Developing, managing and monitoring the customer file and customer relations. Helping to enhance the customer experience and creating training tools for advice/products/brands. Organizing activities and events with customers at the point of sale. 2.          Management:

Running the sales outlet and displaying the collections. Reporting and analyzing performance, objectives, and sales indicators. Managing and optimizing merchandise and storage. Cashiering and sales administration support. Management of operations relating to the business (telephone reception, banking, dry cleaning, etc.). Competitive intelligence.
