Senior IT Asset Manager

We are excited to offer Senior IT Asset Manager to a new entrepreneurial member of our growing Zurich team. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, decide quickly, and give you high levels of responsibility. You are familiar with different IT systems and technologies and understand how to transform business needs into technical requirements. Naturally, you have a "can do" attitude and take pride in building rather than preserving.

Your Mission

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related documentation.
- Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with the new organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure software license compliance by tracking licenses, conducting audits, and managing software usage.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and vendors for IT asset procurement and support services.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT assets, including security vulnerabilities and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, monitor and report on ITAM process KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs related to IT assets through effective management and utilization.

Your Story

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management or demonstrating successful Software and Hardware Asset Management implementation and customization of ITAM tools and systems
- In-depth understanding of IT asset management principles, practices, and tools.
- Experience with Jira Software Management is a must.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), with the ability to effectively and proactively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, analytical, rigorous, and accurate
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will help improve the overall IT system landscape of On, which consists of a unique cloud-based infrastructure and a fleet of MacOS, iOS, and Win OS devices. Furthermore, you will develop a strong understanding of cloud-based systems.
