As the Global Wholesale Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing Entire Studios global wholesale business strategies and building/maintaining direct relationships with top-tier accounts in America, EMEA & APAC.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and calendar to drive wholesale revenue growth and increase market share YOY.
 - Identify & implement key distribution strategies in America, EMEA & APAC
 - Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas across all geographic regions and markets.
 - Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to give senior management insight into sales performance, market trends, and potential risks.
 - Build, maintain and manage direct relationships with all top tier accounts worldwide. Identify potential new accounts that align with the brand's positioning and target customer demographics.
 - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
 - Oversee budgeting and forecasting for wholesale operations, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals and objectives.
 - Negotiate terms, agreements and contracts with all wholesale partners to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
 - Provide ongoing support to wholesale partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction and retention.
 - Manage fashion week market space contracts and budgets, schedule, set-up/breakdown, events, temporary staff etc.
 - Manage and execute all sales appointments including scheduling, working the appointment either physically or virtually, order entry/accuracy & confirmations, timely communication etc.
 - Present collections to wholesale buyers in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting key features, trends, and selling points using Entire Studios assets & JOOR
 - Travel for in-person meetings with retailers and partners & nurture key relationships; resolve all high-level issues and maintain a strong knowledge of the retail partner's strategic plans.
 - Develop, manage and negotiate all open to buy budgets (OTB) to meet seasonal sales targets.
 - Collaborate closely with key accounts to develop tailored strategies, including assortment planning, pricing & promotional activities, shop/shop opportunities etc.
 - Analyse selling for all major/ecom accounts on a weekly and seasonal basis to identify reorder opportunities, product hits etc. Monitor sales performance and inventory levels and sell ats or schedule recuts. Spearhead all exclusive style/program developments.
 - Work with Entire Studio internal teams to ensure orders and reorders are on floors in a timely manner, ensuring maximum selling time. Communicate on deliveries & all extension requests/approvals.
 - Support the Entire Studio DTC team with all seasonal planning/buys.
 - Regularly review sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
 - Continuously refine and improve the sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 - Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as design, production, marketing and finance to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving wholesale objectives.
 - Provide strong leadership and guidance to the cross functional teams fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Set clear goals and expectations and provide ongoing support and mentorship to facilitate professional growth and development.
 - Additional projects as needed.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE:
- 10-15+ years of proven expertise in global wholesale management in the premium/luxury fashion industry
 - Direct high-level relationships with top tier wholesale/retail accounts in America, EMEA & APAC. Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including calendar, buying, planning and senior account management.
 - Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive wholesale growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
 - Expert knowledge in global distribution methods and account terms/conditions with wholesale partners, including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
 - Proficiency in data analysis, including order management, OTB budgeting, forecasting and planning.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing that drive profitability and ensure financial health.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business.
 - Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
 - Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving common goals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
 - Travel required.
 - Proficient Spoken/Written English - multilingual a plus
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 - Proficient on JOOR a plus
