About the role
Reporting into the International Markets Director, The Senior Partnerships Manager is responsible for defining and executing the B2B partnerships strategy, with the ultimate goal of driving segmented qualitative Domestic and International Guests to the Village, always keeping the relevant KPIs in mind: Sales, SPV, FV Brand Awareness and new Guests acquisition. In this role, will define the guest journey as well as bring newness to the business through Partnerships. All this will be achieved through driving and coordinating a B2B 360° commercial and marketing plan and also working closely with Private Client Services and Membership Teams to ensure proper alignment and integration.
The role is offered on a full-time permanent contract and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
- To d efine and deliver the Village B2B Partnerships strategy and plan, as well as the commercial framework, and ensure execution at Village level
- To determine annual revenue targets and other KPIs for each partner
- Ensure that the B2B programs for both Membership and Private Clients are fully aligned and integrated with the Village's Teams plan
- To build, drive and ensure execution of by-Partner dedicated 360° plans - through the involvement of proper peers and stakeholders - also leveraging on Village's positioning, campaigns, Brands, services with an approach by Guest Segment. Analyze and report on partners' initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
- Relentlessly seek and influence the adoption of a seamless Guest Experience in Village and guarantee an effective Sales Tracking
- To contribute to existing Partners' growth based on potential; to scout and develop business opportunities with new Partners in key Segments
- To guarantee a pioneering approach in order to be one step ahead of Competition and protect Fidenza Village unique competitive advantage in the B2B Segment.
- To identify, promote and push "cross border" B2B opportunities and activations to increase Fidenza Village's brand awareness abroad as well as to drive TFS Guests to the Village.
- To manage the attributed cost Budget using an ROI positive approach and through the maximization of efficiencies/negotiations.

- Proven experience in key roles concerning financial partnerships
- Excellent relationship building and management skills
- Able to work well with all levels across the business
- Build the organizational network by thorough targeted outreach and strong project planning.
- Account management expertise with clear business development mind set.
- Knowledge of the Guest journey and key touch points
- Proven Marketing capabilities and expertise to liaise with Marketing team aligning Partnerships messaging and content with company´s branding guidelines
- Dynamic, adaptable, flexible, resilient
- Confident communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage concurrent and time sensitive projects
- Ability to listen, contribute to creative business discussions, influence the thinking or gain acceptance from Senior executives
