This is your opportunity to become a core part of On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of On's first retail outlet store in Las Vegas, NV.
As a Store Lead, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. Your purpose will be to lead a successful launch and manage the ongoing responsibilities of a high-volume, high-visibility, and ever-evolving retail experience.
Your Mission
- Continuously embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to internal team members and external customers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain healthy profit margins by leveraging market trends and customer insights
- Oversee outlet inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory; track turnover, sell-through, and shrinkage rates to improve inventory management efficiency
- Work closely with merchandise planning to optimize assortment
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills when delivering the WOW to our customers, and profitability goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Manage schedules for all store associates, collaborate with our talent team on administrative processes (e.g; payroll, onboarding, career progressions, and recruiting)
- Execute product strategy and work closely with our sales planning and trade marketing team(s) for assortment selection and visual merchandising
- Support piloting innovative digital solutions in retail environments by working closely with our retail tech and omnichannel team(s)
- Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and store traffic
- Create an inclusive workplace culture by treating all employees and customers with respect
Your Story
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume retail store, outlet experience preferred
- Background in the Running Industry (preferred but not required)
- Ability to confidently lead a team, oversee operations, sell product, and drive financial performance
- Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude to proactively anticipate future store needs

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; travel percentage will fluctuate based on business needs
