Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Australia and NZ, the Wholesale Operations Administrator is responsible the processing of orders for our wholesale clients. Based at our new office in Cremorne, this is a full time role that can take advantage of our hybrid flexible working arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Australia and NZ, the Wholesale Operations Administrator is responsible the processing of orders for our wholesale clients. Based at our new office in Cremorne, this is a full time role that can take advantage of our hybrid flexible working arrangements.
What you can expect:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders to ensure stock and sales flow smoothly.
- Collaborate with the Operations Specialist and Coordinator to manage order books.
- Coordinate and track deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and update the order tracking system.
- Communicate with sales team and clients to provide order updates and resolve any issues.
- Support the Operations team in various administrative tasks related to wholesale operations.
Your profile:
- Previous office administration experience
- Solid Microsoft office skills
- Is known for efficiency, accuracy, time management and organisational skills
- Is proactive with the ability to foresee potential issues
- Enjoys working in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills
- A customer centric approach
- A passion for premium apparel and interest in the fashion industry
