We are looking for aDigital Catalogue Specialist to focus on Moncler's Ecommerce in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact:

The Digital Catalogue Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the product catalogue management and the online stores maintenance. The main activity will be related to the day-to-day management of the online catalog entails dressing and updating it in accordance with the delivery schedule and product release flow. This involves handling data feeds, price lists, images, and tracking product enrichment.

Activities:

  • Day-to-day management of the online catalogue dressing and updates according to the delivery plan and product publication flow (datafeed, pricelists, images and product enrichment tracking)
  • Day-to-day tracking and management of deliveries and inventory status across all ecommerce platforms
  • Management of the PIM database making sure all contents, information and imagery are available on time for product publication
  • Daily cooperation with the Digital Production team to supervise the photos quality check flow
  • Liase with IT and PM team for on site testing and debugging activities to support both e-merchandising and technical teams for new projects and features launches
  • Partner and support the e-merchants to ensure that the right products and initiatives are being promoted across all platforms
  • Online competitors monitoring and analysis


Who We Are Looking For

Main Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing or related fields
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident in using SFCC + Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3 years ofe-commerce experience
  • Knowledge of website usability/optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude


We Would Appreciate a Person Who Is:

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized fashion and luxury company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have
  • Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach
  • Able to work with internal teams and coordinate external partners
