E-Commerce Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administrative duties across the bbcicecream.eu UK and EU e-commerce sites.
• Ensuring all relevant products are displayed correctly and in-line with brand expectations and guidelines.
• Updating brand content across the site.
• Customer service duties - monitoring and answering phone, email and support ticket customer enquiries.
• Working with the eCommerce manager to monitor, manage and replenish e-commerce stock levels.
• Perform regular site checks and report bugs/issues to wider team.
• Product creation and upload in-line with product and marketing release calendar.
• Liaising with our EU partners at our EU 3PL
• Liaising with web development teams to ensure all site improvements are implemented in a timely manner.
• Other E-commerce ad-hoc duties.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in fashion eCommerce preferred
• Interest in the brand and luxury streetwear
• Experience using Shopify desired but not essential
• Enthusiasm for UX/UI
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Suite
• Strong eye for detail & proactive thinking a must
• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Demonstrable excel skills are preferable
• Interest and experience working with luxury brands is preferable
• Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong time keeping and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent organisational skills
