The position is part of Gucci Global Merchandising and reports to the Global Head of Digital Merchandising. The main mission of the role is to support in the operational activities related to the execution of the Gucci Digital Merchandising strategy at Global level for Gucci.com and for the E-tailer partners managed through concession models. The person will support the Digital Merchandising Team in weekly/monthly analysis, stock monitoring, buying activities/product selections and competition analysis cross departments for both M's, W's and Kids. The person will relate on daily basis with different teams such as Corporate and Regional Merchandising/E-Merchandising, Digital Business team, Marketing Team, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Concessions Partners.

Key activities and accountability

Gucci.com and Digital Concessions:

  • Run and share sales reports on a weekly, monthly, seasonal basis (business as usual and ad hoc analysis)
  • Support on product performance/stock level monitoring through specific analysis (Sell-Through reports, Sales By Line/Function, Delivery reports etc)
  • Assist in creating business and product presentations
  • Publications, visual and online product check
  • Market & trend analysis
  • Assist in scheduling the showroom calendar (Walk-through with partners, Buying calendar, invitation sharing)


Digital Concessions:

  • Monitor and push the product delivery to Customer Service and Supply Chain
  • Assist in product selections related to Marketing Activations for Digital Concessions
  • Support the team in the activities related to the buying campaign (seasonal): creation of buying guidelines presentations and support in product selection, order entry, sizing and download of post buy documents for e-tailer partners
  • Support in defining/uploading carry over assortments and monthly forecasting and replenishment


Key requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Ideally 1 - 2 years of working experience in buying/merchandising (Digital is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Resilience, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with the stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft package
