On is taking the global sports footwear, apparel and accessories market by storm with cutting-edge tech and innovative products. As our brand continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Accounts Sr. Lead to join our team, managing the apparel business. This role is the bridge between On's internal commercial teams and our B2B partners ultimately amplifying On's footprint across Canada.

This person we be based remotely out of any major Metropolitan area within Canada.
Your Mission
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with our partners, through an insight-driven approach, able to identify and win new commercial opportunities, creating value and achieving mutual profitability for both On and our partners
- Lead internal and external account discussions, acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and advocating them throughout On
- Leverage reporting dashboards to make data-driven decisions and guide planning and management of the year-long sales plans, drive sell-in and sell-out of the accounts, optimize product assortment and merchandising, and general order book management
- Champion brand awareness and strategize ways to ensure that On is on top of our consumers' mind through supporting in-store and digital execution of product launches, special events, and overall marketing strategies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, using On material and data in a meaningful and engaging delivery to your partners
- Utilize your industry expertise to ensure the success of On's brand and expansion, staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Your Story
- 4+ years of years in an apparel-focused role in account management, wholesale sales, retail marketing, retail planning, or related experience
- 2+ years within the sports and performance apparel, fashion design, or premium consumer goods industries is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in working with premium accounts and a proven track record for relationship building and partner management to strategically strengthen those accounts, able to anticipate customer needs
- You are an Advanced Excel user, able to accurately forecast utilizing retail math methods and approach problem solving with an analytical approach
- You have a solid understanding of the sports and performance industry, including consumer preferences, emerging technologies, and market forces
