Job Details
As Talent Ops Specialist, you are responsible for lifecycle processes, payroll and support mobility activities, HR system. As an important member of the Talent team, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Your Mission
-Manage lifecycle processes from pre-onboarding through off-boarding in close partnerships with Talent ("HR") Business Partners.
-Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll with external vendors for respective countries.
-Responsible for employee lifecycle tasks including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee transfer, contract creation and management, employee profile management, etc.
-Support regular mobility activities, which includes work permit application, renewal and relocation relevant issues.
-Work as a key admin user in the HR system in the creation and maintenance of all data to ensure accuracy and proper record.
-Take ownership of employee benefit related activities (i.e insurance, health check...) and projects.
-You will evaluate, drive and implement process, guideline and workflow optimization - always looking for opportunities to automate and improve.
-Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects that strive to deliver operational excellence and a seamless talent experience for team members.
-Support the logistics/organization of some local activities (Trainings, Townhall, Offsites..) at request.
Your Story
● Have 2-6 years experience in Payroll or Talent Shared Services
● Know when process and structure can be used as an enabler of innovation
● Have solid experience in working with processes, data, and systems. Workday knowledge is a big plus;
● Good understanding of a business process being analyzed and how it affects the various functions
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy thinking outside the box
● Service mindset and excellent communication in writing and verbally
● Have the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep up with project scope changes while meeting timelines is important
