Head of Development & Engineering

Your Mission

- Lead footwear engineering functions such as tooling, laboratory, compound and digital creation
- Develop guidelines for pattern and last engineering
- Lead process standardization in development and commercialization
- Lead the application and improvement for the PLM system
- Work with Innovation and Emerging Concept teams to support the implementation of new technologies into inline production
- Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity and quality and drive initiatives that set On apart from all other brands

Your Story

- 10 years' experience in footwear engineering with highly attentive to details, function and quality
- Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
- Fluent in English

Meet The Team

You belong to the Footwear sourcing team, with close collaborations with different functions, including Footwear creation, operations, material, sustainability and costing teams. You will be based in Vietnam.
