The Creative Office Library & Vintage Staff will be part of the Gucci Design Team and will support the Designers performing various activities: facilitating their access to Vintage resources, supporting in the management of photographers across the photo sets, performing other administrative tasks required. Moreover, will support managing the availability and storage of Vintage pieces in coordination with Warehouses, Suppliers and the General Services Office.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supporting with the maintenance of the "Vintage Gallery" and "Vintage Library" tools;
  • Organizing and cataloguing the found materials systematically to make them easily accessible to the departments involved .
  • Supporting designers in deepening the inputs, conducting in-depth image and content research.
  • Supporting in the photographing, cataloguing, labelling, moving and archiving of Vintage pieces;
  • Coordinating the storage of Vintage pieces in collaboration with the Vintage Warehouses, Logistic Team and the General Services Office;
  • Managing email correspondence, shipping and other creative or administrative tasks required;


Requirements:
  • Educational background in Fashion studies or Fashion Management field is considered a plus;
  • Good organization skills and great attention to details when completing a task;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and more important of Microsoft Excel;
  • Previous work experience with archive management is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Italian and good English knowledge .
