As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the production team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the entertainment industry. You will assist with various tasks both on set and behind the scenes to help bring creative projects to life.

  • Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to life through product development.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting materials, trims, and finishes for new collections.
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and samples.
  • Support the production team in overseeing the manufacturing process from concept to final product.
  • Work closely with manufacturers to monitor production schedules, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Assist in resolving any production-related issues and ensure products meet specified quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of product specifications, sample approvals, and production timelines.
  • Prepare and organise necessary documentation for production runs, including tech packs and sample notes.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and communicating with suppliers to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and merchandising, to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with international suppliers, leveraging language skills to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Act as a bridge between design and production teams, conveying information accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Production, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in a fashion-related role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and an additional language (preferably).
  • Familiarity with fashion industry trends, materials, and production processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zedonk and Adobe Suite.
