R ole Mission

The Italy Entertainment Industry Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Entertainment Industry Relations & Content Manager across all aspects of VIP and entertainment associations with the brand. The primary focus will be to support all aspects of the Product Placement & Mailing, Talent Fittings, Sample Ordering process and budget. The mission is to bring visibility and impact to the brand with the intention of helping drive brand awareness.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the EIR Manager on executing the Italian EIR strategy in line with the Global directive.
  • Maintain good rapport with influential Italian VIP stylists and publicists' teams in order to help identify new talent, key upcoming events, music tours & events, and sporting activities. Work closely with the EMEA EIR Director on collating seasonal VIP product gifting lists. Confirming receipt of product and liaising with talent teams for the efficient and timely placement of product gifting.
  • Support all VIP guests at Global Image Events including invitation list management, new talent suggestions, logistics booking and on the ground support.
  • Lead on all of the seasonal and accessory sample orders, with approval from the Manager, inclusive of all fashion show, pre-collection and accessory orders. This role would submit, manage tracking and delivery of all orders.
  • Under strategic direction of the Manager, liaise with design and production on all product orders for any custom, capsule and tour wardrobes for Italian VIP needs. This role would submit, manage tracking and delivery of all orders.
  • Maintain and track all store pulls and consignments for retail reporting and budget alignment to support Italian talent gifting and dressing.
  • Support Manager in all Global EIR content proposals for Gucci Image Events through creating proposals and approval tracking.
  • Oversee all day to day sample trafficking for all needs to support Italian VIP talent needs.


Key Requirements
  • BA/BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Finance, or related degree.
  • At least 2 years experience working in a VIP, Public Relations or related role.
  • Strong writing, communication and administrative skills, and knowledge of style and fashion trends.
  • Interest and strong knowledge of the Entertainment Industry across Film, TV, Music, Sports and Art.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook.
  • Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills including ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Works well under multiple deadline pressure (often under minimal timeframes).
  • Positive and focused professional team attitude.
