For our Global Customer Engagement (GCE) team we are looking for a motivated Senior Manager Membership Communication (CRM/Email-Marketing) (m/f/d) who likes to drive things forward.

What you can expect:

  • Strategic and conceptual development of communication to registered customers through various channels such as email, push notification, SMS/MMS, and print
  • Development of a comprehensive A/B and content testing strategy
  • Identification of trigger-based moments for the enhancement and automation of existing and new campaigns
  • Analysis and evaluation of new communication channels such as Direct Messaging WA and iMessage
  • Measurement of campaign success and optimization through KPIs
  • Close collaboration with the internal Personalization Team for the management and content creation of holistic omnichannel activities to improve customer engagement across various touchpoints and interaction points
  • Identification of potential innovations in the area of personalized and individualized communication


Your profile:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in internationally operating companies (ideally in the retail sector) in the field of eCommerce, digital/performance marketing, or CRM
  • Proven track record in developingand executing successful communication strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM analytics, email marketing, CRM systems and processes, as well as practical experience with established campaign management tools
  • Very good analytical skills with extensive knowledge, especially in campaign reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with all common KPIs (engagement and transactional), tracking methods, and tools for optimizing performance
  • Excellent English skills, German advantageous
