Social Engagement Coordinator

In service of this ambition, we're expanding our stellar Social Engagement team who are the brand's front line: inspiring, interacting with and learning from our audiences every day. We're seeking a dynamic coordinator with a deep understanding of internet culture, a passion for the social part of social media, and a belief in the potential of social platforms as venues for dialogue and delight.

Your Mission

- Learn On's tone of voice and adopt it in replies and comments across the internet
- Understand the communities we serve and how best to interact with them via social
- Speak to these communities in a way that creates joy, inspiration and advocacy
Use social media management tools to moderate and participate in relevant conversations
- Use social listening tools to monitor and report on sentiment and volume
- Track, share and respond to social activity around On's campaigns, activations and events
- Find proactive engagement opportunities that build our brand and delight our audiences
- Translate the knowledge you gain from all this work into insights that benefit other teams

Your Story

- You are a creative writer, passionate about language and communication
- You have an interest in social listening and using online conversation to learn about people
- You have spent time in comments sections, listening tools and publishing queues
- You have a point of view on social trends and how brands behave on the internet
- You have some relevant experience at an agency, brand, publisher, platform or similar
- You are comfortable working in dynamic, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- You have a passion for, or connection to, running or sport more broadly
- You are fluent in English and ideally another European language
