This role will report directly to the Retail Director and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the client-first communication strategy, leveraging CRM tools, Marketing initiatives, market insights, technology and best practice to drive growth.
How will you contribute: (Duties, role, responsibilities, teams to collaborate with)
• Build and maintain relations within the organization of Greater China, through effective communications, reporting and proactive suggestions.
• Deep dive into client data, identifying opportunities and presenting action plans for the Greater China stores.
• Implement and follow client KPIs aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Be the go-to clienteling champion within the business, always ensuring we have our target client in mind when planning any activity.
• Design the client gifting strategy and tools to animate the retail network.
• Lead in-store roll out and trainings of CRM applications. Prepare training materials and offer onsite support where necessary.
Required Skills: (Required qualifications, skills, languages etc.) • Previous experience within a similar role in a luxury environment highly desirable • Passionate advocate for CRM, keeping those around them focused on driving success. • Proven experience of consolidating and analysing data and presenting findings in a clear, digestible manner • Experience of using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Siebel is a plus) • Fully proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy, even when working under pressure. • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. • Degree in a related discipline
