Production Planning Specialist

To be part of our dynamic, passionate world we are looking for a "Production Planning Specialist" to be charged in our HUGO BOSS Izmir factory.

What you can expect:

• Coordination, collaboration, and information flow among production, customers, and other collaborators,
• Monitoring the status of materials for orders received for production and tracking deadlines with customers or internal stakeholders,
• Transmitting orders to production units and monitoring orders throughout production stages to ensure on-time and accurate delivery,
• Preparation of the weekly production plan in line with incoming orders, considering line layouts and ensuring timely performance delivery, and publishing it on time,
• Preparation of all internal and external reports related to the production plan and associated KPIs.

Your profile:

• Graduated from Engineering Faculties,
• Experienced in production planning in the supply chain department,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Strong communication skills, dynamic, and inclined towards teamwork,
• Capable of comprehensive data analysis, with a strong focus on customer orientation
• Preferably experienced with SAP.
