For our Headquarter offices in Milan, we are looking for a Digital Data Engineer to join our Digital Data Intelligence team.




Your Impact:

The Digital Data Engineer reporting to the Global Data & Digital Intelligence Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining all the digital data pipelines within Google Cloud Platform, for all the C ountries of Moncler Group.

Activities:

  • Design digital data flows according to digital business reporting requirements ;
  • Implement data ingestion pipelines to import digital data from external/internal data sources into BigQuery ;
  • Implement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data, to aggregate it ;
  • Write SQL queries to transform data according to digital business logics ;
  • Maintain data ingestion pipelines and transformation workflows coordinating the data engineering support team (2x people, external) ;
  • Adminall the Google Cloud Platform projects related to data ingestion and transformation paying attention to cost optimization ;


What We Are Looking For:

Main Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or computer science ;
  • 3-5 years of Python development experience ;
  • Hands-on experience on implementing DAG with Apache Airflow is a must ;
  • Hands-on experience on writing SQL queries ;
  • Experience working with GIT in a collaborative team setting ;
  • Google Cloud Platform certification preferred ;
  • Proficiency in English ;

We would appreciate a person that is

  • Really passionate about python coding and coding best practices such as CI/CD, code linting, code documentation ;
  • Strong in communication, able to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience ;
