Job Summary

The E-commerce Coordinator is an essential part of our sales and branding operations. This role is responsible for creating products and collections, maintaining visual cohesiveness, copywriting, asset creation, sales reporting, inventory management, and general upkeep. The right candidate will be collaborative and creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily upkeep while prioritizing special projects with tight deadlines and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all product and content launches with thorough testing.
  • Own product launch workflow; liaise with marketing and design teams to create accurate product copy and compelling content to drive conversions and create intuitive, engaging user experiences.
  • Evaluate and organize point-of-sale materials, create graphics, update company blogs, and assist with weekly email marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and QA weekly site refreshes, seasonal collection launches, sales, and promotions.
  • Identify and resolve general issues, product discrepancies, and any factors negatively impacting customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels across all products to help facilitate informed decisions around marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Stay on top of Shopify updates, features, and best practices, proactively implementing new functionalities or improvements to maximize platform potential.
  • Monitor SEO performance and address broken links promptly to maintain optimal site functionality.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality product images, utilizing tools like Photoshop when necessary.
  • Create accurate and timely weekly sales and inventory reporting.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience experience in an E-Commerce/Digital Marketing position required (luxury goods focus a plus). Experience in online visual merchandising.
  • Proven proficiency in Shopify Plus and Google Sheets/Excel is required. Experience with ERP platforms preferred, experience with Brightpearl ERP a huge plus.
  • Fashion design experience and strong knowledge of garment construction are strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for minor website adjustments and customizations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce site.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering an outstanding online shopping experience.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Gorgias, Loop or other related platforms strongly preferred.
