Position Overview

Tiffany is seeking a Product Director - Digital. The Product Director will be accountable for designing, building, and maintaining business application solutions/capabilities across the Digital business teams. They will also be partner on the development of the roadmap and strategy for the Digital team. This is an excellent career opportunity to lead the organization through this full-stack eCommerce replatform and subsequently work to unlock ongoing value from the platform through the expansion of channels, markets, and the introduction of new capabilities.

Reporting to the Vice President, the Product Director will own all aspects of Digital solutions including being an advocate for IT solutions, partnering to deliver roadmaps for the future, building new capabilities, and ensuring existing solutions have robust lifecycle management plans. This role will partner with internal IT teams, Business clients, and vendor/partners to be successful. The applicant will lead internal and partner teams made up of Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, Application Developers, and Integration Developers to build, enhance, and deliver these business capabilities. This includes implementing and enhancing both purchased applications as well as custom built solutions.

A successful Product Director will have experience leading and managing IT teams, partnering with IT and Business teams to understand priorities, and working with business clients to improve the overall IT Product capabilities. Adjusting to the speed and pace of business and technology change, this position will use various delivery approaches and methodologies to ensure the most critical initiatives are designed and delivered.

Key Accountabilities
  • Delivery of the Tiffany & Co. Digital Commerce platform based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud including detailed roadmaps, requirements, solution design, action plans and understanding of downstream impacts on other systems and products.
  • Implement best practice development methodologies within Tiffany to achieve higher velocity and throughput on initiatives while achieving more predictable delivery. Take strong responsibility for your financial elements in Digital IT with regular reporting on budgets and forecast while highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with LVMH group on strategies, partners, and approaches to strategic deliverables. Leverage best practices from within the group where possible to streamline and de-risk delivery.
  • Drive a strategy of decommissioning legacy technology wherever possible, particularly in line with any new technology investments.
  • Build strong partnerships across Tiffany including other Digital IT partners, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Retail Operations.
  • Manage and develop direct reports through the performance management processes, ongoing coaching, and career discussions. Manages and measures vendor/partner performance.
  • Own and drive support of your products to ensure problematic capability areas are changed/improved to reduce impact to business teams and provide a higher level of capabilities.
  • As part of the IT Extended Leadership Team, lead inside and outside direct areas of accountability by fostering collaboration, leading and sponsoring continuous process improvement initiatives, and developing roadmap and strategies for the future.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science or related field
• Must have 6+ years of progressive experience in Digital Strategy and Delivery across global markets, ideally through roles in development and/or architecture.
• Must have hands on experience with a variety of Salesforce Clouds, particularly SFCC, through one or more large scale eCommerce launches.
• Experiencing managing vendor/partner contracts and resources
• Experience leading Product/Development teams leveraging traditional waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience documenting use cases and functional requirements and experience developing and implementing software/business capabilities.
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Experience building agile distributed teams while leveraging in-house resources.
• Ability to get to the facts in making educated but pragmatic decisions to achieve outcomes.
• Believes that lean teams with low politics are the way to achieve outcomes at pace.
• Must be an expert communicator who can clearly articulate challenges, approaches and brings business partners along on engagements.
• Extensive experience in working with multi-skilled digital teams (Solutions and Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers, and QA Engineers).
• A strong understanding of business transformation, agile software development and change.
• Strong presentation skills and business acumen.

Location: New York, USA or Paris, France.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $174,930- $246,960 if the candidate if New York-based. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
