Womenswear Designer Maternity Cover

WOMENSWEAR DESIGNER ROLE - MATERNITY COVER 1 YEAR

- An experienced Womenswear designer to work as part of our Design Team in our London studio. 

- Responsible for, and designing womenswear collection alongside our creative director - 2 seasons per year, from show to signature range, to seasonal fabric selections and suggestions.

- In charge of developing all signature woven fabric groups - not limit to Cotton, Jerseys, Softs, signature Tulle and Cloque.

- Working alongside sales and production team on collection range, and ensure all signature and commercial styles are design and developed each seasons, whilst considering relevant pricing strategies

- Able to generate strong concept research and ideas based on initial brief from creative director, producing 2D hand or computer sketches, photoshops, 3D developments throughout the seasons.

- In charge of generating and updating internal linesheet/ collection plan throughout the season, and execute all changes from fittings, collection reviews and costing meetings effectively.

- Designated person to communicating all changes, and cancellation on womenswear collection. Ensure all accurate info are passed onto sales, production and atelier team in preparation of sales campaign and production every seasons.

- Attendance of merchandising and production meetings as required. Participate and and assist all show & styling fittings and castings, involved in all show preparation and backstage support - including changing models, prepare showbox contents, garments and accessories allocation, garments prep, finishings and checks pre show.
