As Sales Coach you will inspire, train, and develop retail teams in sales and service excellence, ensuring we deliver an unrivalled experience to every client. Your mission is to elevate the client experience, drive sales, and enhance KPIs in your market by educating, coaching, and developing store teams in selling skills, service excellence, product knowledge, and clienteling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sales coach you will play a vital role in reinforcing Acne Studios' high-quality brand image aligned with our strategy by:
- Drive sales and KPI performance by coaching, training, and developing store teams within our studios in selling, service, and product
- Plan and execute trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions (focus on in-store and virtual trainings).
- Develop Store Manager training, coaching, and feedback competencies.
- Develop the company's sales and service processes, training content, and tools.
- Own and ensure adoption of the company's training platform, from onboarding to ongoing development.

Specific personal qualities for this role:
- Solid management background/skills or experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- At least 5 years of experience in service.
- Strong commercial mindset - results oriented profile with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Service minded with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent communications and organizational skills.
Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Fluent in English
- Fashion-Luxury Retail background with > 5 years of coaching / experience of working with different cultures.
