As a designer at the brand, you will play a key role in supporting the Creative Director in the design and development of fashion collections released in "drop format." You will have the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas, technical expertise, and insights to help shape the brand's unique fashion offerings. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and talented individual with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Work closely with the Creative Director to conceptualise and design collections released in drops. This includes mainly RTW clothing, accessories, and other related items.
• Assist in selecting suitable materials, fabrics, and colour palettes for each collection, taking into account style, cost, and sustainability.
• Create detailed technical drawings and sketches of designs to guide pattern makers, product and production teams.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create prototypes and samples of designs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Contribute to the preparation and presentation of collection ideas to key stakeholders, including mood boards, sketches, and fabric swatches.
• Explore sustainable design practices and materials, making recommendations for more eco-friendly options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field experience. 

• Previous experience as a fashion designer or relevant role in the fashion industry.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 

• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and finishes.  

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

• Creativity and innovative design.
