Job Details

Summary The Regional Finance Manager will work in the Finance department, being the key point in the control of Corporate functions' OPEX management. Also newly added project-based (ad-hoc) Internal Control responsibility working closely with Store Ops and Other related functions to support the creating/improvement on the Gucci Korea's internal control processes under the supervision of the CFO. He/she will represent the connection of Finance partnerships with various business functions (Retail, G&A, and Communication) by being proficient at controlling cost activities within the given timeline and budget. He/she will also lead to develop and oversee a variety of projects, assuring the process improvement related to effective budget management, financial reporting, internal controls & risk management, tax impact analysis and finance system implementation

Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Corporate OPEX (including. Retail Expenses) review, analysis, forecast and adopting the process improvements.
• Build analytical financial models & simulations for any initiatives & projects pertaining to assigned functions
• Analyze the functional events & projects, and pro-actively maintain partnership with the business for the assurance of its profitability and compliance
• Assess the process end-to-end workflow and find weak areas for process improvement - simplify and streamline the existing process while improving related control effectiveness by leveraging technology/system
• Revision/"revamp" of the company's policies and procedures, for assigned functions
• Collaborate with Procurement to identify areas of improvements throughout the P2P cycle

Job Requirement

• 7+ years of experience in Finance of a multinational environment is preferable
• KI (or AI) CPA is preferred but not a must
• Fluent English
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills (especially concerning financial activities)
• Project Management skills, being able to foresee any risks and anticipate backup solution/action plan or possible workaround
• Strong "can-do" attitude with agility to work within an international environment and capability to handle good relationships among the organization
• Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently, be self-directed and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
