Position Overview

The intern works together with the HR Team of Tiffany South Europe in the Milan headquarter. She/he supports the HR activities in the cluster:
  • Monthly payroll process: data check and reports preparation
  • Talent Acquisition process: support during the phases of recruitment (from the recruitment to the onboarding)
  • Reports and Analysis for HR related topic
  • Support the Employee engagement activities organization
  • Act as a point of contact for Tiffany & Co. internal requests

Requirements:
  • Educational path in Human Resources or related subjects
  • Industry specific experience (Retail, Luxury or multi brand e.g. luxury department or Specialty Retail) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills
  • Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English and Italian (Spanish is preferred)

Internship details:
  • Starting date: March 2024
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Full time internship: 40h per week, from Monday to Friday
  • Monthly remuneration provided
