Job Details
As On's Head of Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), you are responsible for steering key initiatives across Planning, Logistics, Regional Operations and Sourcing. You drive continuous improvement, optimize processes and foster collaboration and alignment. You take full ownership of our functional long range planning initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs) cockpit, and collaborate with cross functional teams to support our business growth. You have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning, procurement to distribution, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and strategic planning capabilities.
In your role you will partner closely with all Supply Chain teams, Sourcing, Finance and Regional Operations. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation.
Your Mission
- You take full ownership of our functional long range planning initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and you regularly evaluate progress to identify opportunities for improvement
- You drive key initiatives and strategic alignment on priorities, to support our teams doing the right thing at the right time with the right resources
- You collaborate with key stakeholders across Planning, Logistics, Finance, Regional Operations and Sourcing to assess current processes and bottlenecks, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined solutions
- You act as a liaison between the supply chain function and other teams, to facilitate progress and foster effective communication and alignment
- As a key leader in On's Supply Chain team, you champion, safeguard and evolve On's unique culture, as we continue to grow and ignite more human spirits through movement
Your Story
- 10+ years experience in highly dynamic environment, in consumer products supply chain or management consulting
- You have a thorough understanding of end-to-end operations, including supply and demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- You have a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements and optimization initiatives within the supply chain
- You are a strategic yet pragmatic thinker and problem solver with strong business acumen and a natural instinct how to connect the dots, prioritise and de-prioritise, in order to drive operational excellence
- You are an inspiring leader who can coach and influence people to unlock their potential
- You are native to leveraging data analytics and visualisation to make informed decisions
- You are an excellent communicator who can build strong and meaningful relationships with internal and external team members and stakeholders, in a complex organization structured around "team of teams"
- You have an academic background in Business Administration or Supply Chain related fields
- This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland and our working language is English
