Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Influencer and Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, content creators, and community members to enhance our brand presence and foster a vibrant online community. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, developing content strategies, and facilitating interactions to promote a positive and inclusive environment within Another Community.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote Another Community and increase brand awareness across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with our community and drives user engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, forums, and online communities to identify trends, gather insights, and engage with community members.
- Plan and organize community events, contests, and initiatives to encourage participation, foster connections, and build brand loyalty.
- Moderate user-generated content, comments, and discussions to maintain a positive and respectful community environment.
- Provide timely responses to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and community engagement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize influencer strategies and community management practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven record of successful relationships with the Influencers worldwide (existing portfolio of influencers)
- Proven experience working either in-house for a Luxury Fashion Brand or with an Agency (5+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of current brand campaigns within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with influencers, community members, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for community building, diversity, inclusion, and creating positive social impact.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other creative software is a plus.
